Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Online Shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details so that we can begin to process the order. You will then be transferred to our website whereby you can enter your credit/debit card details securely.

Returns Policy

You may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days. All items must be in their original packaging and in an unworn, resalable state. We will refund the total amount debited for the original transaction within 28 days of receipt. We do not refund any cost incurred by you for postage. Please send all items back using recorded delivery post as we cannot accept any liability for loss of goods during return.

Customer Privacy

The privacy of all our customers is paramount. We do not sell or trade your personal details to any third party or person. The information that we do gather is only used to enable us to provide a better service for our customers.

Changes in Prices and Offers

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the prices and sizing are correct we cannot accept any responsibility for any errors. Crafty Ways reserves the right to amend and alter any offer made on the Crafty Ways website without prior notice.

Delivery Charges

All orders up to the value of £60 will be charged at a flat postage and packing rate of £3.25. Once your order total reaches £60 postage and packing is free.
